Description

• Ensure Acknowledgment of the enquiry to RO/IRO/Customer.
• Studying the specifications received from customer for the specified project and identify special requirements with respect to Product Technical Binder. Prepare Technical deviations with respect to Specifications.
• Provide technical support / solutions to customer.
• Interact with vendor for RFQ and verify Technical part.
• Undertaking necessary actions to get product qualified & getting the deviations resolved by our Engineering department.
• Visit customer/site for technical scope assessment / clarity, whenever required.
• Preparing complete & correct scope of supply to submit to Costing department for getting the COGS.
• Answering Technical Quarries ( TQ), in a competitive manner to win the orders .
