Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE /POSITION:

Generate programs through CAM works software ,Calculation of cycle time of machining component as well as assembly & create routing in SAP. Special Jig & fixture design. Loss analysis of equipment & take corrective actions to reduce 16 big OEE losses
Improve OEE by adopting TPM practices.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Primary Responsibilities : Generate machining programs from CAM software
2. Estimate operation wise cycle time and setting time
3. Conduct time study, method study & establish production norms
4. Improvement projects to reduce 16 big OEE losses under TPM
5. Process improvements under TPM
6. Calculate OEE & make loss tree for each equipment.
7. Preparation of machine & assembly layout to optimize material flow
