Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE /POSITION

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Shall have good knowledge of Engineering Drawing and 3D model Creation.
2. Creation of 3D Hydraulic models of pumps for CFD analysis using CAD software Creo.
3. Prepare 3D Models of various Pump components. Creation of 3D Hydraulic models of pumps for CFD analysis using CAD software Creo.
4. Detailing of Pump components (2D drawing preparation) in Creo.
5. Support to reverse engineering projects 3D scanning, Creation of scanned models in CAD software, surface inspection and creation of project reports.
6. Preparation of 3D assembly of Bareshaft Pump.
7. Study of Bought out drawings for Bareshaft Pump.
8. Engineering Calculations, Preparation of Performance curves, Knowledge of API 610
9. Involve in providing new ideas for product / process improvement
10. Involvement in uploading data in Windchill.
11. Regularly monitor On-Time Performance of self / department

Secondary Responsibilities

1. To fill all records required for ISO, EMS OHSAS etc.
2. To support Assembly shop / Machine shop/ Pattern shop
3. To support Purchase and Production during order execution
